In September 2025, we each discovered the same alarming truth in our respective jobs. Sensitive company data was leaking through AI tools employees used daily. Confidential documents sent to ChatGPT, proprietary code pasted into public LLMs, client data exposed without anyone noticing.
The spark
One of us is a software engineer. Diplomas on the wall, years at Proximus building large-scale systems, multiple startups co-founded. The other is a business engineer shaped by PwC and top-tier consulting. Different worlds, same problem.
We realized that banning AI wasn't realistic. Teams were already using it, just in the shadows. And internal-only models were too limited to deliver real value. There had to be a third way.
